Iowa law enforcement is seeking help in identifying the body found in the Missouri River in April, according to the Mills County Sheriff’s Office, a man was found in the Missouri River on April 23, north of the Highway 370 bridge that connects Nebraska and Iowa . He recovered wearing dark shorts and boxers, and authorities said they were able to identify some of the tattoos on his body with help from the Iowa office of the state medical examiner. According to the Mills County Sheriff’s Office, these tattoos include: a face, located on the right side of his back, a horned skull/face Ram-like and a small beard, located on his left shoulder blade, a design with multiple curved points, possibly a flame, located on his right shoulder. At one point an image of an animal where there are likely teeth/fangs present on its right leg included a red geometric shape located on the right side of its chest, a large geometric shape resembling a compass or a four-point star. There is a face in the middle on his right foot, portraits of people. The faces on his right shoulder appear in a large geometric red color.   • A design that may at one time include an image of an animal where the teeth/fangs were likely located on its right leg.
  • A red geometric figure is located to the right of his chest.
  • A large geometric shape resembling a compass or a star with four points. There is a middle face on his right foot.
  • people pictures. The faces appear on his right shoulder.
  • Large red geometric shape. A long red line with a red ring at the top is located on its right side.
